Ride Gail Ride
Bike to create a world free of MS
MS Bike 2014
My 10th consecutive year

We will bicycle yet another 150 hilly miles in the foothills of the
Blue Ridge Mountains for MS
June 14 and 15, 2014.

Why do I do this?
The battle is personal.
Multiple Sclerosis robbed my only sibling, my brother Gary, of much of his adult life.
He was diagnosed with MS at the age of 30 and lost his battle at just 44 years old.

My husband and I ride in his memory.
We ride to find a cure for MS.
Dollars are needed to fund research to find this cure.

We know that every mile makes a difference.
We know that every donation makes a difference.
Our ultimate goal is to create a world free of MS.

Please help us meet our goal.
We've had snow, sleet, rain, high winds, etc.  And on the good weather
weekends, Gail has been on call, not able to do long rides.  But, we have been
perservering and getting our training in when we can.

We know the challenge the MS Bike Ride is out of Charlottesville, VA with all the
rolling hills.  It's just a reminder that living with Multiple Sclerosis is a day to day
and lifelong challenge, along with the uncertainties it carries.
Thinking of my brother Gary as we get ready to ride our 150 miles.
2014 has been a challenging weather year so far.
